Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the origination of investment banking mandates from Financial Sponsors in the region
• Close cooperation with the New-York, London and Paris based FSC Teams as well as with FSC relationship managers across SG CIB
• Exchange of relevant ideas and information with the client coverage
• Build a strong dialogue with the IB Platform (in particular M&A, LBO, ECM, DCM, AFG, IFD)

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar area
• At least 10 years of professional experience in investment banking
• Existing strong investment banking expertise, preferably in M&A and Corporate Finance
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential
• Strong technical and analytical skills
