Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst focuses on supporting a high-profile Front Office FX and Payments technology programme within a major global financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technology roadmap and executing complex change initiatives while managing cross-functional stakeholders. The role is hybrid and offers a competitive daily rate outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior Front Office and technology stakeholders to help define and execute the FX technology roadmap
  • Lead complex change initiatives across FX trading, payments, rates, and broader banking systems
  • Work with product and engineering teams to drive platform enhancements and strategic transformation projects
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
  • Support governance, investment planning, prioritisation, and programme execution across several workstreams

Key Skills:

  • Strong background within Front Office technology environments, ideally covering FX, payments, capital markets, or transaction banking
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes in banking or financial services
  • Comfortable operating across both project delivery and business analysis responsibilities
  • Good understanding of FX workflows, payment flows, APIs, or financial technology integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology teams
