We are hiring a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Lead to drive global demand generation programmes within a high-growth business messaging environment.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on scaling enterprise acquisition through integrated digital marketing. You will operate across a global remit, owning campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation end-to-end.

The Role

You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programmes targeting enterprise audiences, with full ownership from ideation through to performance analysis.

This includes:

  • Leading global performance marketing campaigns across paid social and search
  • Owning end-to-end demand generation journeys across the funnel
  • Driving account-based marketing strategies for high-value enterprise targets
  • Managing large-scale digital event programmes (webinars, livestreams, virtual experiences)
  • Partnering with agencies to deliver high-quality campaign execution
