Key Skills:
- 7-10 years in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or agency environments
- Proven experience targeting enterprise customers (not consumer or SMB-led marketing)
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- End-to-end ownership of demand generation programmes across multiple channels
- Experience delivering global campaigns across regions and stakeholders

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on scaling enterprise acquisition through integrated digital marketing. You will operate across a global remit, owning campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation end-to-end.
The Role
You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programmes targeting enterprise audiences, with full ownership from ideation through to performance analysis.
This includes:
- Leading global performance marketing campaigns across paid social and search
- Owning end-to-end demand generation journeys across the funnel
- Driving account-based marketing strategies for high-value enterprise targets
- Managing large-scale digital event programmes (webinars, livestreams, virtual experiences)
- Partnering with agencies to deliver high-quality campaign execution
