Summary: The Senior / Associate Building Surveyor will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for delivering comprehensive Building Surveying services across various sectors such as Education, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion while mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to team development. The position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to advance their career in Building Surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full range of Building Surveying services.
  • Take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.
  • Manage pre and post contract activities.
  • Conduct dilapidations, schedules of condition, and pre-acquisition surveys.
  • Liaise with clients on various projects.
  • Visit clients and projects as required, necessitating a full UK driving licence.

  • Previous Building Surveying experience.
  • MRICS qualified.
