Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver a range of building surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
  • Take responsibility for contract administration and project management of refurbishment schemes
  • Deliver professional services including dilapidations, schedules of condition and TDD
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
  • Mentor junior surveyors and assist with APC preparation
  • Contribute to team management and internal processes (Associate level)

Key Skills:

  • MRICS qualified with several years post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience in delivering both professional and project-based building surveying services
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and managing project teams
  • Previous experience mentoring or line managing junior staff (for Associate level)
  • Full UK driving licence

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE (Guide Only)
