Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases related to employee relations, including AWOL cases and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and maintain accurate records in case management tools.
  • Collaborate with the HR Advisory team and ensure timely handover of cases requiring further input.
  • Advise on policy interpretation, employment law considerations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Streamline processes and participate in continuous service improvements.
  • Utilize SAP and other HR applications effectively to support HR functions.
