Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cases related to employee relations, including AWOL cases and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and maintain accurate records in case management tools.
- Collaborate with the HR Advisory team and ensure timely handover of cases requiring further input.
- Advise on policy interpretation, employment law considerations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Streamline processes and participate in continuous service improvements.
- Utilize SAP and other HR applications effectively to support HR functions.
