Summary: The Senior Architectural Technician will play a crucial role in a UK-renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy's core Technical team in Warwick, West Midlands. This initial 6-month contract position involves providing architectural design services, project management, and overseeing design and technical reviews. The role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and buildable solutions, particularly in complex sectors such as Custodial, Defence, Life Sciences, Nuclear, or Aviation. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Architectural Design Services and producing exceptional Architectural solutions.
- General project management/costing.
- Overseeing Design & Technical reviews.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver buildable and safe solutions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural or Technical role.
- Exceptional, high-level Technical skills.
- Experience with large, complex projects.
- Experience in Custodial, Defence, Life Sciences, Nuclear, or Aviation sectors.
- SC clearance or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
