Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of new NEC EDM modules, including Data Integration Hub, Email Connect, and Document Bundling.
  • Lead planning and scoping of module implementation, including setting up back-end parameters and configurations.
  • Liaise with business users to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements.
  • Manage and undertake testing of new modules to ensure functionality and integration with existing processes.
  • Provide expert support for NEC Revenues & Benefits applications, addressing technical issues and supporting administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, testing results, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Pay Rate: £310.36 PAYE | £400 Umbrella per day

Contract: 16 weeks, immediate start

About the Role: Seven Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Officer to join a hybrid project-based role supporting the Revenues and Benefits department. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in NEC EDM (formerly Info@Work) and NEC Revenues & Benefits applications, particularly in back-end administration and module implementation.
