Summary: The Senior Application Support Officer will be responsible for implementing modules of the NEC Housing systems, focusing on data extraction and manipulation from the NEC Housing database. This role is offered on a contract basis and includes hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with NEC Housing applications. Local authority experience is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of Application Support policies, processes, procedures and standards
  • Manage the implementation of service improvement working in partnership with internal/external stakeholders
  • Extracting and manipulating data from the NEC Housing database
  • May be involved in problem solving Repairs issues and/or financial reconciliation of migrated accounts from a legacy system into NEC

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of NEC Housing both of the application itself and of the database tables
  • Expertise in either the Repairs module or Rents and Estates in NEC
  • Local Authority experience is essential

Salary (Rate): £500 per day

My client in the South West are looking to appoint a talented Senior Application Support Officer on a Contract basis.

The Senior Application Support Officer is to work as part of a team implementing modules of the NEC Housing systems, with a bulk of the role extracting and manipulating data from the NEC Housing database.

  • Salary: £500 per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
