Summary: The Senior Application Development Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining rule sets powered by microservices that interact with MongoDB. Key Responsibilities:
- Write code and conduct peer reviews of team members' work.
- Work with the Product Owner to review requirements and translate them into technical user stories.
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and stable applications or custom-built technology solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Meet with business partners to understand business needs.
- Contribute to overall solution design.
- Responsible for the build and test of applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and complex performance tuning.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience required.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

- Our system involves both the creation of new rule sets and the maintenance of existing ones. These rule sets are powered by micro services that fetch data from MongoDB.

Typical Day in the Role
- We are transforming technology and creating a digital evolution that will empower Client to better serve our members. Application Software Engineer will be writing code and conducting peer reviews of other team member's work. They will work with Product Owner to review requirements and translate into technical user stories.
- Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs
- Contribute to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications
- Meet with business partners to understand business needs
