Summary: The Senior Appian Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and champion agile practices and methodologies to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in Appian development.
- Mentor team members on Appian development, agile principles, and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Appian solutions and agile processes.
