Summary: We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer or Lead with active SC clearance to join our team in London on a contract basis. The role involves leading the design and development of Appian applications, guiding a team of developers, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Appian BPM and a strong technical background in secure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.
- Translate business requirements into robust Appian BPM solutions.
- Guide a team of Appian developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
- Integrate Appian with various data sources and third-party systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, and other middleware technologies.
- Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues within Appian applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers across agile delivery cycles.
- Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance standards associated with SC-cleared environments.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Appian development.
- Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certified (preferred).
- Strong experience with Appian SAIL, process models, interfaces, records, reports, and expression rules.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams or acting as a solution/design lead.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and data integration techniques.
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility and willingness to undergo clearance.
