Summary: The Senior Anti Money Laundering Manager at Moore Kingston Smith is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing and managing the client onboarding team while ensuring compliance with AML regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the onboarding and AML compliance team, supporting their growth through coaching and performance management.
- Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, from initial due diligence to ongoing monitoring and internal audits.
- Handle complex client structures and respond to challenging AML scenarios, ensuring our controls remain effective and up to date.
- Provide guidance to partners and staff on AML queries, and deliver engaging training to support awareness across the firm.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure policies and procedures are continuously improved.
Key Skills:
- Substantial experience in a similar AML management role, ideally within an accountancy or legal firm.
- Proven track record of managing people and building high-performing teams.
- Hands-on experience dealing with complex client due diligence and client structures.
- In-depth knowledge of UK AML regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are a dynamic, award-winning accountancy and advisory firm at the heart of London, and we are looking for a Senior Anti Money Laundering Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract . This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a pivotal part in developing and running our client onboarding team, ensuring robust AML processes are embedded across the business.
