We're supporting a major AI adoption programme for one of the UK's leading financial services organisations as they embed Anthropic Claude (Claude Cowork) into everyday business operations.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced AI Productivity Specialist who combines deep expertise with Anthropic Claude and generative AI with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This is not an AI engineering or machine learning role. Instead, you'll be the subject matter expert responsible for helping senior leaders understand how to use Claude effectively, identify high-value use cases, and embed AI into the way they work.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Anthropic Claude subject matter expert throughout the adoption programme.
- Partner with senior executives to understand how AI can improve productivity, decision-making and day-to-day ways of working.
- Deliver executive coaching, coffee and learn sessions, workshops and demonstrations to build confidence in using Claude.
- Develop practical AI use cases tailored to different business functions and leadership teams.
- Create, maintain and continuously improve a reusable library of prompts, skills, playbooks and productivity resources.
- Coach stakeholders on effective prompting techniques and AI best practices.
- Identify adoption challenges and opportunities through hands-on use of Claude, continuously improving the employee experience.
- Translate complex AI concepts into simple, practical guidance suitable for non-technical audiences.
- Champion responsible AI usage and promote consistent standards across the organisation.
- Capture feedback, measure adoption and share learnings with programme leadership.
- Work closely with technology, transformation, adoption and change management teams to ensure successful rollout.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on expertise using Anthropic Claude, ideally Claude Enterprise or Claude Cowork.
- Experience helping organisations adopt generative AI tools at scale.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience engaging Executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and workshop delivery experience.
- Ability to identify business problems and develop practical AI use cases that deliver measurable value.
- Experience creating prompt libraries, reusable AI assets, playbooks or best practice documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable operating as the recognised AI subject matter expert within a large programme.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Required Skills
- Experience delivering enterprise AI adoption, digital workplace or transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of responsible AI governance and enterprise AI deployment.
- Previous experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience working alongside organisational change or adoption teams.
- Consulting or advisory background.

- Enable the successful rollout of Claude from the initial executive cohort to hundreds of leaders across the wider organisation.

Pay range and compensation package
Contract: Initial 6 months (strong likelihood of extension)
