Summary: The Senior Agile Trainer role focuses on empowering teams to adopt Agile methodologies and drive transformative change within an organization. The position requires extensive training experience, particularly with the Back of the Room methodology, and involves working closely with teams and leadership to implement Agile best practices. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires on-site presence four days a week. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching skills and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower teams to embrace Agile methodologies and drive transformative change.
- Work closely with teams and leadership to implement best practices and cultivate Agile mindsets.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops using the Back of the Room methodology.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Adapt to changing project needs and environments.
- Contribute to ongoing team development and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Agile coaching, training, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools and software.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Program Consultant) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Senior Agile Trainer
Training experience incorporating Back of the Room methodology is strongly preferred.
6 months – 40 hours per week –120 EUR per hour (VAT is paid on top of this) – 4 days onsite in the Amsterdam office
