What would make a candidate stand out?
- Higher Education transformation experience, particularly student systems, timetabling, scheduling, SITS, curriculum management or academic operations.
- End-to-end software implementation experience rather than purely BAU agile delivery.
- Strong supplier management, having held implementation partners accountable for delivery.
- Data-led programme experience, particularly data migration, integration or reporting workstreams.
- Experience driving cultural change and new ways of working alongside technology implementation.
