Summary: A Senior Agile Business Analyst is sought by a leading telecommunications company to spearhead Agile process improvement and automation initiatives across development teams. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, mapping value streams, and delivering high-quality user stories to enhance Agile delivery. This position requires extensive experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to mentor junior analysts. The contract is for an initial period of three months with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile process improvement and automation initiatives across cross-functional development teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and map value streams.
- Deliver high-quality user stories that support Agile delivery.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts on Agile methodologies.
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and identify automation opportunities.
- Create 'as is' and 'to be' end-to-end processes for value stream mapping.
- Operate within a DevOps environment.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst (7 years +) with a focus on Agile best practices and methodologies.
- Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts.
- Proficient in process mapping and value stream analysis.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Experience in creating end-to-end processes for value stream mapping.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.

- Extensive experience as an BA (7 years +) with a focus on Agile "best practices and methodologies"
- Experience mentoring more Junior BA's on Agile ways of working
- Extensive experience carrying out process mapping, value stream analysis, and automation opportunity identification
- Experience creating as is and to be end-to-end process for value stream mapping.
- Experience operating in DevOps
