A leading business is hiring a Agentic AI Developer.
Hybrid position.
12-month rolling contract, paying up to £1000 per day, depending on experience.
Experience and skills required for the Agentic AI Engineer, Agentic AI Developer, Python
- Fluency with modern ML toolchains (PyTorch/JAX, agentic frameworks, MCP).
- Experience with AI agent ecosystems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
- Solid software-engineering fundamentals - tested, documented, maintainable Python.
- Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Ray is a plus.
- Exposure to Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j / RDF / graph-based enrichment or retrieval).
- Experience with either Docker, Kubernetes, cloud (AWS / Azure).
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar), with prompt design and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience training and deploying learned policies for complex behaviours in robots or simulated characters is a bonus.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in a collaborative environment.
- M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

You will take ownership of solutions end-to-end, from design and architecture, through development and deployment, to optimisation and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with engineering, product and platform teams to embed Agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows into real-world products, contributing to architectural decisions, engineering standards and best practices.
