p>On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a Senior Adobe Project Manager for a 3 month contract based in Manchester or Leeds - Hybrid working.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. As the UK's biggest public service department, it administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers. Working with DWP, you will be helping us to drive our priorities to:
. Help people to move into work and support those already in work to progress, with the aim of increasing overall workforce participation
. Help people to plan and save for later life, while providing a safety net for those who need it now
. Provide effective, efficient, and innovative services to the millions of claimants who rely on us every day, including the most vulnerable in society
. Improve experience of our services while maximising value for money for the taxpayer.

As a Senior Project Manager your main responsibilities will be:
. Leading projects/delivery plans relating to Adobe or Microsoft 365 products.
. Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring these are kept up to date and reflective of the projects true state
. Work with the project team to identify any risks, issues and dependencies
. Updating any progress/status reporting such as those within DWP Place with associated RAID statements, ensuring these are escalated as require
. Using data to help influence decisions and enabled data driven decisions to be made with confidence
. Collaborate effectivity with the CCS team to understand interdependencies and potential effects within the M365 environment of your changes
. Communicating to stakeholder from across the organisation and at all levels the background, progress, and value of projects
. Effective management of Digital and non-digital dependencies to ensure these are delivered intime for the project needs

Essential:
. Experience of delivering Adobe products and updating applications
. Experience of effective M365 licence management solutions and automation
. Experience of project reporting in ServiceNow
. Experience in a digital project management role, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects
. Ability to work in a complex stakeholder environment managing relationships to achieve common outcomes through influencing and building momentum
. Experience of delivering projects within Government
