Summary: The Senior Administrator role involves providing a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service within the Data Quality admin team at Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust. The position requires independent work, initiative, and a high degree of confidentiality while managing correspondence and supporting team members with the Patient Record System. The role emphasizes mature judgment and effective communication with service users and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support within the Data Quality admin team.
- Work independently and apply confidentiality to all tasks.
- Manage correspondence accurately using medical terminology.
- Support team members with the Patient Record System (PARIS).
- Conduct non-routine duties without direct supervision.
- Prioritize workload and manage tasks autonomously.

Key Skills:
- 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a clinical setting.
