Key Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly payroll processing and reports.
- Oversee and assist with all daily/weekly processing of invoices and statements.
- Assist Finance Manager with budget process and provision of other ad-hoc financial data analysis.
- Prepare and analyze Company P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Generate and process multi-currency weekly payment run, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
- Review system stock records.
- Review weekly system multi-currency bank reconciliation.
- Work with Customer Services to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accounting Technician or studying/intending to study for CIMA.
- Previous experience in a Finance Department.
- Strong experience with ERP systems.
- Experience working within a manufacturing industry/company.
- Strong customer service experience.
