Key Responsibilities:
- Produce management accounts and KPI reporting with variance commentary
- Review and oversight of month-end processes for core business and subsidiary entities
- Financial Control with enhancement of the control environment
- Review and production of P&L and balance sheet reconciliation of multiple entities
- Deliver EIR accounting for various products
- Prepare IFRS statutory accounts for subsidiary entities
- Treasury and Interest rate movements and analysis
- Collate and develop key MI and analytics
- Support FP&A on planning, forecasting and variances
- In depth analysis of large datasets, provide key insights for decision making and strategy purposes
- Deliver continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement
Key Skills:
- ICAS (ACA), ACCA Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in finance and operational processes, controls and reporting
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of overseeing and review work in a team environment
- Ideally banking or financial services experience, but may consider large corporate company experience

Meraki Talent are delighted to bring another excellent operational finance role to market as we partner with our long-term client to recruit a Management Reporting Lead. Our client is experiencing an exciting period of change and investment, as a result they have a requirement to recruit an experienced Reporting specialist with strong commercial and operational exposure, also good MI and Data skills. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll work with a high performing team, balancing key reporting duties with projects, improvements and developing key data analysis. The role will also require relationship building with important stakeholders within finance but also across key business operational functions.
