Summary: The Senior Account Manager will join a prominent retail brand's internal Creative team in SW London, managing campaign briefs alongside other Account Directors. This short-term contract position has the potential to become permanent, requiring collaboration with various internal teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of creative campaigns. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder relationships and effective project management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take briefs from Brand and Product Managers and communicate them to the internal Traffic Management team.
  • Create the 'agency brief' in collaboration with traffic and creative operations.
  • Develop and monitor timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Collate campaign information and assets for internal teams.
  • Brief other internal teams as necessary, including ecommerce and digital.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign progress and report back to the team and business.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a Senior Account Management role within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering creative campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with retail or FMCG clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
