Summary: Our client, a leader in the Property Sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager specializing in renewals. This newly created role requires a dynamic candidate who will proactively engage with key clients to identify opportunities and nurture relationships. The position is a Fixed Term Contract with potential for further development within the organization. Candidates with a strong Account Management background in renewals and retention are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have full accountability for the customer renewal process; hosting regular meetings and service reviews, ensuring each client has the best offer and agreement to service their business
  • Fully accountable for the seamless management and delivery throughout the renewal process
  • Accountable for driving the renewals strategy
  • To use insights and key metrics to identify current occupancy opportunities and provide a consultive overview for every client
  • Track renewal metrics and report on renewal performance
  • Build and nurture client relationships; demonstrate honesty, trust and integrity
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage and deliver bespoke renewal projects
  • Act as a company ambassador internally; demonstrating commitment and management of the customer journey
  • Company ambassador; attending networking events supporting the Head of Marketing
  • Actively work with key internal departments such as sales and marketing to understand the full client offer and industry opportunities

Key Skills:

  • Must be a customer focused/centric individual who understands each step within the client journey
  • Be able to demonstrate financial management skills; driving budgets and the ability to review contracts; ensuring each client has the best agreement
  • Previous experience within a consultative B2B account management position; building key relationships and nurturing relationships and commercial growth
  • Possess strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to demonstrate renewals experience and prior success
  • A professional communicator; demonstrate credibility
  • Analytical; ability to analyse key metrics
