Major Players are partnering with a top creative agency studio based in Central London to recruit for a Senior Account Director. You'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, acting as a key point of contact, and driving client service excellence. Experience required: Significant high-level client management experience within an agency setting, working on global accounts. Proven experience working on beverage clients and excellent knowledge of the drinks industry. Extensive project management experience, including team time planning and ensuring all client deliverables are met. A background working specifically on BTL campaigns and proven experience writing global toolkits and playbooks. Experience running large client budgets and accounts. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A self-motivated and direct approach, thriving in a dynamic environment and remaining calm under pressure.
