Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving strategic planning, ensuring campaigns meet business objectives and KPIs.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing team, guiding day-to-day operations and performance.
  • Acting as the bridge between client and agency, ensuring clear communication, flawless execution, and commercial success.

  • Proven experience in client servicing at a senior/AD level within a network or mid-sized agency.

A leading network agency is looking for a Client Services Senior Account Director to join their high-performing team in London (on-site). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead one of their flagship accounts in travel/lifestyle, delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing cross-channel campaign delivery across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and more.
