The Part You'll Play as Account Director. .. We're looking for an experienced Account Director who's used to leading on major accounts - in this case you'll be working with one of the world's largest management consultancies. You'll combine great integrated experience and creative know-how to help lead a truly integrated team.

Specifically Duties Will Include

  • Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to lead on the development and creation of integrated campaigns.
  • Building effective relationships with the client, immersing yourself within their business to act as a true consultant.
  • Proactively offering strategic direction and development input.
  • Presenting cross-channel campaigns to the client supported by strategic approach and considerations.
  • Leading a team to ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and expectations are managed in terms of speed and delivery.
  • Providing in depth analysis of campaign performance with recommendations of future considerations.
  • Management of internal stakeholders and departments.
  • Managing and mentoring an account handling team.

As Account Director You'll Bring...

  • Minimum Experience Previous agency experience, specifically cross-channel campaign experience.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget.
  • An integrated marketing communications background working with corporate brands.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
