Summary: The Senior Account Director role at a leading global media and entertainment organization involves driving operational and creative success within a key business vertical. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputize for the Head of Business, assisting with team management and retained scope of work.
  • Improve and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Support Account Directors as an escalation point and sounding board for project guidance.
  • Lead a business vertical, managing internal and external team meetings, and reporting priorities and updates to senior leadership.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership on high-profile and business-critical briefs, overseeing project statuses managed by Account Directors.
  • Partner with creative and production leadership to guide project teams, delivering advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms.
  • Ensure clear client briefs are received on time and optimized for creative and production teams.
  • Accountable for contact reports and project updates, ensuring timely communication to drive project plans forward.
  • Own annual plans and marketing laydowns, collaborating with Resource Management and Production teams for forward planning.
  • Accountable for overall fiscal control and rigor of projects, ensuring efficient budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the Head of Business in preparing for monthly finance reports.
  • Anticipate risks and issues, proactively recommending solutions throughout the development process.
  • Manage relationships with marketing teams, media agencies, and other partners for integrated creative output.

You’ll be the linchpin, ensuring seamless execution and impactful creative output that resonates across diverse channels and platforms, directly contributing to the growth and success of a major brand. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and effectiveness of creative output, making a tangible difference in how the organization connects with its audience. This is a 2 weeks rolling booking, offering up to £466 per day (via Umbrella) – 40hrs/week (PAYE). The shorlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Responsibilities

  • Partner with creative and production leadership to guide project teams including creative, production, and strategy, delivering advertising campaigns across content, channels, platforms, products, and services.
  • Ensure clear client briefs are received on time and are optimized for creative and production teams.
  • Accountable for contact reports and project updates, ensuring timely communication to internal and external teams to drive project plans forward.
  • Own annual plans and marketing laydowns, collaborating with Resource Management and Production teams for forward planning, managing shifting priorities, and escalating as necessary.
  • Accountable for the overall fiscal control and rigor of projects, collaborating with production to ensure efficient and accurate budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

  • Adept at distilling complex creative and business ideas into simple narratives and effectively selling them in at a senior leadership level to achieve business goals.
