SEN Tutor

Summary: The SEN Tutor role at Prospero Teaching involves providing tailored 1:1 tuition for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioral challenges in Ashford. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and deliver tailored 1:1 lessons for students with SEN or behavioral needs.
• Reengage pupils who have been out of education and boost their confidence.
• Monitor student progression and support effective learning in collaboration with Prospero Teaching.
• Provide structure to students' daily routines through personalized lessons.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), PGCE, EYFS or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a UK school.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable).
• Experience working with SEN or similar educational needs.
