Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong, empathetic connection with students to encourage trust and openness.

- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, teachers, and professionals to develop and maintain a structured, supportive plan tailored to the student's needs.
- Foster a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space where students feel seen and heard.
- Provide tuition support with Core Subjects.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience working one-to-one with children or young people experiencing behavioural or mental health difficulties.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.

The OpportunityProspero Teaching are looking for experienced Behaviour mentor's to be a role model to children who need someone to look up to and get them on the right track. We need someone that has excellent communication and rapport building skills and a passion for connecting with vulnerable students. Hours are flexible and you can choose between morning, noon or evening sessions and fit it around your schedule.This is more than just a mentoring role - it's about forming a trusting relationship, meeting the student where they are, and helping them re-engage with their learning and life goals.
