Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to ensure pupils' individual needs are met.

About the Role

Remedy Education is looking to appoint a confident and adaptable SEND Cover Supervisor to work across specialist and mainstream settings that support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong classroom management skills and a passion for inclusive education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher, deliver pre-set work, and ensure students remain engaged and supported. These roles are vital in maintaining continuity of education, particularly in settings that support young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
