Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations exceeded.
- Handle bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts as required.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and provide financial insights.
- Assist in managing junior staff and reviewing their work where appropriate.
- Work with senior managers on ad-hoc advisory or project-based assignments.
Key Skills:
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a UK-based accounting practice.
