Purpose of the role/ Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to execute the weekly prospect/seller acquisition outreach and incentive strategy for TikTok Shop Seller Acquisition team. This role focuses on planning and accurately implementing seller outreach campaigns, preparing engaging prospect/seller-facing communication assets, building awareness among seller communities across social platforms and ensuring timely delivery, supported by comprehensive documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning: Plan quarterly and monthly acquisition campaigns aligned to team targets; Identify quick wins and test ideas to improve conversion through better messaging and targeting.
  • Campaign Implementation: set up and launch seller acquisition campaigns, including configure workflows, launch on schedule, and produce clear seller-facing guidance.
  • Channel management: Support end-to-end management of acquisition channels, including performance tracking, budget monitoring, and stakeholder updates.
  • Content Creation: Develop clear and high-performing seller-facing communications across email, in-app messages, and promotional materials using design tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with potential sellers via social platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) to raise awareness of TikTok Shop and answer seller-related queries about registration.
