The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects in outsourced environments, with a specific focus on governance, delivery, and third-party supplier management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end security and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, focusing on enhancing security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure consistent and secure project delivery across the organization.Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring their services align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to drive project success and mitigate risks.Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Key QualificationsProven experience as a Security Project Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager, specifically with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery methodologies in an outsourced environment.Extensive experience in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring they meet project requirements.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, or similar, are highly desirable.Project People is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
