Summary: A leading bank is looking for a Security Operations Manager to enhance its IT Security team by optimizing security controls and processes. The role involves managing security operations, vendor relationships, and incident responses while supporting the integration of new technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of IT Security to ensure robust security services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve IT Security operations, ensuring efficient and compliant management of security services.
• Manage outsourced security providers, ensuring performance meets established SLA standards.
• Lead and manage IT security incidents, including forensics when necessary.
• Drive the delivery of services including Threat & Vulnerability Management, Privileged Access Management, IAM, DLP, Network Security, and Penetration Testing.
• Lead IT/Cybersecurity improvement projects as an SME.
• Evaluate IT changes for security risks, ensuring compliance with security policies and frameworks like ISO 27001/NIST.
• Operate and manage security controls to protect IT systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement new technologies and practices to improve security posture.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in IT/security roles, particularly within financial services.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH.
• Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Azure environments and cloud.
