Summary: The Security Cloud Engineer role in Manchester focuses on enhancing cloud security software through automation and threat mitigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cloud infrastructure enhancements in line with agreed budget and strategy.

Key Skills:
- Experience working in cloud environments with professional certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred).
- Experience in translating HLD and LLD into actionable designs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, and Python/Java.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in creating Deployment Manager templates or Terraform for GCP infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with IAM roles, Service Accounts, and Organization Policies in GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, and Cloud Deploy for CI/CD.
- Knowledge of GCP Networking (VPC, Firewall Rules, Cloud Load Balancing).
- Experience with Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Security Command Centre for observability and security posture.
