Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT service delivery to a major client-build trust, solve problems, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Own service performance end-to-end-from incident management to service improvement and strategic planning.
- Champion ITIL best practice, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Work alongside top-tier engineers and delivery teams, making sure new services launch seamlessly and smoothly.
- Shape the future-influence the service roadmap, report on performance, and ensure compliance in a security-critical environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Service Manager in a client-facing, mission-critical environment.
- Deep understanding of ITIL (certification preferred).
- Excellent communication skills-you're confident, credible, and capable of building strong senior relationships.
