Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a Security Assurance Coordinator role and gain Accreditation for novel system/network architectures.
  • Produce RMADS, Security Instructions, and other security policy-related documentation to a high standard.
  • Deliver Risk Assessments, Risk Treatment plans, and manage IT health checks and remediation activities.
  • Explain technical issues to a non-technical audience effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of Security Incident Management policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Understand and apply UK Defence deployed network architectures and security enforcement techniques.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Security Assurance Coordinator role.
  • Detailed knowledge of defence policy and standards, particularly JSP 440 and 604.
  • Experience with Software Defined Data Centre (SDDC) models and large-scale virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Current SC clearance with readiness for DV clearance.
