Summary: The Security Architect role is a 3-month contract position focused on enhancing security measures for a tier one mobile network operator. The position requires strong expertise in various security tools and frameworks, along with proven experience in low-level design documentation and system integration. The role is hybrid, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The position is classified as outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability scanning with Qualys.
- Implement endpoint protection using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Manage cloud security with InsightCloudSec and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Oversee patch management via TrueSight.
- Ensure identity protection and corporate tools are effectively utilized, including AAIP, MDI, and MCAS.
- Manage PUAM systems, particularly CyberArk.
- Implement security logging and monitoring, preferably with PRISM or similar SIEM solutions.
- Maintain a solid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
- Document low-level design (LLD) and facilitate system integration.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in vulnerability scanning with Qualys.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Knowledge of cloud security tools like InsightCloudSec and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Proficiency in patch management via TrueSight.
- Familiarity with identity protection tools including AAIP, MDI, and MCAS.
