Summary: A Security Architect is needed for a hybrid role in Central London, focusing on modernizing secure digital workplaces for high-profile UK government organizations. The position involves leading the design and assurance of secure solutions in alignment with government security principles. Candidates should have proven experience in cyber security architecture and relevant security clearance. This is a 6+ month contract with a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the secure design, assessment, and assurance of device and endpoint secure solutions.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies across identity, cloud security, and device management.
  • Collaborate within an innovative, agile, and highly collaborative team.
  • Design secure architectures for CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with government and NCSC security principles.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering cyber security architecture.
  • Hands-on knowledge of securing developer endpoints.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines (e.g., Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of EDR, SIEM, MDM, and policy enforcement tools.
  • Familiarity with NCSC Cloud Security Principles and Government Security Classifications.
  • Experience with Zero Trust models and secure identity architectures.
  • Security Clearance.
  • Advantageous skills include CISSP, CISM, SABA; Intune, Workspace One, Jamf, Crowdstrike.
  • Experience in Agile or DevSecOps methodologies.

A Security Architect is sought to join an expanding niche End User Compute (EUC) IT MSP, leading the modernisation of the secure digital workplace, with next-gen security principles, for high profile UK government organisations.

Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, leading the way in modernising secure digital workplaces with next generation security principles. You'll be working with cutting edge technologies across identity, cloud security and device management, in an innovative, agile & highly collaborative team.

As Security Architect you will lead the secure design, assessment and assurance of device and end point secure solutions, as part of a key Machinery of Government, Developer Device Solution, aligned with government and NCSC security principles.

We are seeking applications from candidates with:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering cyber security architecture, ideally in Central Government or regulated environments.
  • Hands on knowledge of securing developer endpoints
  • Experience designing secure architectures for CI/CD and DevOps pipelines (ie Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of End point Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM, MDM, & policy enforcement tools.
  • Familiarity with NCSC Cloud Security Principles, and Government Security Classifications
  • Experience with Zero Trust models and secure identity architectures
  • Security Clearance.

Advantageous skills include, CISSP, CISM, SABA; Intune, Workspace One, Jamf, Crowdstrike or other end point tools; experience in Agile or DevSecOps methodologies.
