Summary: The Secure PMO Lead at Quantexa will establish and shape a new function aimed at driving consistency and efficiency across the public sector project portfolio. This role involves providing strategic support to project managers, enhancing project delivery, and implementing best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and embed project management methodologies, standards, and templates for Secure projects.
  • Track project progress against baselines, milestones, and KPIs, providing performance insights to management.
  • Analyze project delivery to identify areas for improvement and support teams in applying best practices.
  • Coach and train project teams on Quantexa's project management framework.
  • Champion a proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, supporting Project Managers in issue resolution.
  • Serve as the central point for portfolio communications and produce standardized project reports.
  • Support the Public Sector Delivery Manager in managing a portfolio of government projects.
  • Partner with Delivery and Go-To-Market teams to plan upcoming projects and establish effective controls.
  • Oversee compliance with internal policies and government frameworks.
  • Manage clearance attestation, compliance activities, and resource tracking frameworks.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Services Operations on portfolio reporting.
  • Develop and maintain governance processes for project onboarding and audit management.
  • Lead central reporting and communication activities, ensuring accurate tracking of commitments and KPIs.
  • Act as a key liaison for mobility and resourcing needs.
  • Review government bids to identify reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across delivery processes.

As our first Delivery PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping a new function that drives consistency, efficiency, and best practice across our public sector project portfolio. This team sits at the heart of delivery excellence, providing strategic support to project managers and enhancing the impact of our work across the organisation.   • Standardisation and methodology: Establish and embed project management methodologies, standards, and templates to ensure consistency across all Secure projects.
  • Performance monitoring: Track project progress against baselines, milestones, and KPIs, monitoring time, budget, and scope to provide clear performance insights to management.
  • Process improvement: Analyse project delivery to identify areas for improvement and support teams in applying best practices to boost efficiency and scalability across security-cleared projects.
  • Training and development: Coach and train project teams on Quantexa's project management framework, building capability and driving continuous improvement in project performance.
  • Risk and issue management: Champion a centralised, proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, and provide practical support to Project Managers in resolving issues.
  • Reporting and communication: Serve as the central point for portfolio communications, including attestations and reporting across government frameworks. Produce standardised project reports to keep stakeholders and executives informed and aligned.
Day-to-day activities:
  • Support the Public Sector Delivery Manager in managing a portfolio of government projects across EMEA, ensuring consistency and control across delivery.
  • Partner with Delivery and Go-To-Market teams to plan upcoming projects and establish effective controls for global public sector growth.
  • Oversee compliance with internal policies, government frameworks, and customer commitments, coordinating closely with the Information Security and People teams.
  • Manage clearance attestation, compliance activities, and resource tracking frameworks to maintain secure delivery environments.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Services Operations on portfolio reporting, including financial performance, time tracking, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain governance processes for project onboarding, audit, and Alliance Partner management in sub-contracted work.
  • Lead central reporting and communication activities, ensuring framework commitments, KPIs, and compliance dashboards are accurately tracked and delivered.
  • Act as a key liaison for mobility and resourcing needs, including visa and accommodation arrangements, to ensure delivery continuity and legal compliance.
  • Review government bids to identify reporting and compliance requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet obligations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, driving transparency, efficiency, and scalability across delivery processes.
