Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with an active Secret clearance to join our dynamic team in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration, along with a thorough understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the ServiceNow platform in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, and dashboards to meet user needs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access controls, and data imports/exports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Maintain documentation for development processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
