Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends and in-store promotions.
• Drive sales, ensuring that targets are achieved and exceeded where possible.
• Utilise in-store devices to offer customers the whole product range.
• Provide alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full-size range is on the shop floor.
• Ensure that products are priced correctly.
• Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
