Summary: Our client is seeking a strategic SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Specialist for a 6-month contract, focusing on technical SEO and global collaboration. The role involves developing global SEO strategies, leading GEO initiatives, and enabling cross-regional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex digital ecosystems and a strong understanding of generative AI search trends. This position requires occasional travel to the client's London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a global SEO framework with best practices and implementation guidelines.
  • Provide SEO support for website migrations and large-scale platform changes.
  • Create and roll out a global GEO strategy to optimise visibility in generative AI search results.
  • Build and maintain a centralised repository of authoritative content, insights, and data.
  • Monitor emerging search trends and generative AI algorithms, updating strategies and training materials accordingly.
  • Run training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to build GEO and SEO capability across global and local teams.
  • Work closely with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Help local markets adapt global strategies while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Monitor global SEO and GEO performance using analytics tools to uncover opportunities and share learnings.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on SEO and generative search innovation to keep the business competitive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Global SEO Strategy & Capability Building
