Summary: The Sea Ceptor Weapon Systems team is seeking a Systems Engineer to oversee systems activities related to Export New Business, ensuring effective delivery and management of resources for concurrent export contracts. The role involves collaboration with various teams, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation for the Sea Ceptor system. The position offers a dynamic hybrid working arrangement and requires security clearance for British citizens or dual nationals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the Sea Ceptor maritime air defense system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for the Export New Business Team, providing systems resource and bid support.
• Generate system cost bases for specific bids and conduct timely reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify systems resource requirements to support fluctuating workloads for new bids and contracts.
• Maintain the Sea Ceptor Generic Documentation Suite (GDS) and ensure technical content coherence.
• Coordinate monthly "Mini-CMC" and support the maintenance of the Generic Export SoW.
• Monitor workload forecasts and highlight resource shortfalls or excesses.
• Support technical meetings with external stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with the Domestic New Business lead for alignment on domestic activities and bids.
• Broaden the role by potentially leading a specific programme in the delivery phase.
• Support other systems activities for currently contracted programmes as required.
