We're seeking a Scrum/Project Manager in London for our Life Sciences Managed Service client to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Please note - this is an initial 4 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require working onsite in London 2 days per week.

Summary

As a Scrum/Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and managing the associated business case. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach the team on Agile principles, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

You Will

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Create and manage the business case, defining and tracking MVP success criteria
• Plan and monitor timelines, scope, and budget for the project
• Manage risks, issues, decision-making, and blockers
• Report project status to stakeholders and sponsors
• Coordinate the cross-functional team and their ways of working

Ideally, We'd Like

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide the team through Agile practices
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team
