Summary: As a Scrum/Project Manager, you will coordinate the implementation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and manage the associated business case for a Life Sciences Managed Service client. Your role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile principles, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position is based in London and requires onsite work two days per week for an initial four-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create and manage the business case, defining and tracking MVP success criteria
- Plan and monitor timelines, scope, and budget for the project
- Manage risks, issues, decision-making, and blockers
- Report project status to stakeholders and sponsors
- Coordinate the cross-functional team and their ways of working
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide the team through Agile practices
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team
