10+ year must have prior Development experience expertise in Agile and Azure Devops should have played a role of engineering manager or technical project manager with excellent communication skill. Should be able to communicate directly to UK customers and should have skill to manage a team of both offshore and UK local resources

Expertise in Agile methodology

Good knowledge and experience with source control systems (preferably Git)

Demonstrable experience of working in an agile environment and capable of deploying and working within the agile principles and methodologies

Proven track record of leading, managing and collaborating with onshore and far shore teams

Stakeholder and project lifecycle (end to end) experience is required

History of developing and maintaining relationship with both internal and external parties

Appreciation of how all the architecture, policies and governance are applied to delivery of the project

Excellent people management skills, able to manage upwards and influence in a complex environment

In-depth understanding of business, with a desire to contribute in a collaborative, team based environment, beyond the direct remit of the position

Should have done DevOps implementation in past and can understand DevOps tools and technologies.
