Global Enterprise partners is currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile methodologies and team facilitation for a project based in the UK.

Our CLIENT is running an agile transformation program, and they are looking for a Scrum Master to assist them with specific agile requirements.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and productive.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Guide and coach the team on Scrum practices and principles to improve their adoption of agile methodologies.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
• Progress Tracking: Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conflict Resolution: Support the team in identifying and resolving conflicts and challenges, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Atlassian.
• Experience working in FMCG or Automotive industry preferable.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluent in English.

Rate: Depending on your experience.

Location: The UK-Onsite

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months
