Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe principles across teams.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster collaboration for delivering high-quality increments.
- Support PI Planning and ART events, enabling alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability, ensuring commitments are met within scope, time, and quality.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies for successful outcomes.

- Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and stakeholder management.
