Summary: The Scrum Master role within the Models & Predictive Analytics Hive at a leading investment bank focuses on supporting Project IRIS, which aims to redesign Credit Risk metrics for regulatory reporting. The position involves overseeing a newly formed Agile squad, ensuring effective Scrum practices, and delivering key project objectives related to the Model & Calculations platform. Responsibilities include managing project risks, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role is critical for the successful implementation of a centralized and standardized approach to Credit Risk computations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Scrum Master duties including planning, budget control, RAID management, and participation in required forums.
• Identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies related to project delivery.
• Analyze existing models and calculators to distill business requirements.
• Create and scale a Model Framework of reusable modular components to meet business requirements.
• Design orchestration and workflow for Credit Risk computations.
• Design and deliver User Experience adjustments and analytics.
• Embed a new operating model for Regulatory Reporting with clear global roles and responsibilities.
• Support testing from unit testing through to end-to-end UAT.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in Finance, Risk, or Treasury projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting, particularly related to Credit Risk for PRA.
• Experience in delivering new or revised platforms in partnership with technology.
• Familiarity with IFRS9 and IRB models (desirable).
• Experience engaging with Model Validation (desirable).
